"The host is great, responded to the messages quickly and offered some additional info about visiting Venice. We were greeted personally and got a tour around the property. The brand-new unit is very spacious, comfortable, and has a giant terrace. It is located in a quiet neighbourhood and is a 5-minute walk to the train station. As the building is new, the washer has not been installed yet, and the Wi-Fi has not been connected."

"We loved the villa’s classic old world charm and modern amenities. Even though it’s not located directly in Venice, the free shuttle service makes it a great alternative at a reasonable price. The breakfast buffet was the best I’ve ever had during my travels in Europe, and dinner service was equally impressive. Our wait staff, Ilisa and Francesca, were professional, attentive and friendly. We’ll choose Villa Barbarich again for our next visit to Venice."

"We had a great experience at La Lista Rooms. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They allowed us to drop our luggage in the morning before check-in, gave us guidance on transportation to the city center, as well as a QR code that allowed us to enter the city without having to pay the fee. Overall, the place was very clean and well managed. Only complaint was that our thermostat in the room didn’t work. Otherwise, we had a pleasant stay and would book again. "

"The hotel is located off a dirt road in a small little village. There is a great restaurant on site and the hotel itself is linked to the restaurant. You can tell the rooms have been remodeled recently and are very spacious and modern with very comfortable beds. It is a very quiet area which we enjoyed after being in Venice. The train station (which has free parking) is about 7 minutes away by car. Highly recommended if you are in the area. "

"Great staff at a very traditional hotel in the outskirts of Venice. Easy transportation to Venice with the train 2 minutes away, taking around 20 minutes to get to the island. "
