Our holiday home, which was extensively modernised in spring 2020, is located in a quiet part of the village, without much traffic and with a view of the sea. The centre of Sukošan is approx. 500m and the sea approx. 200m from the holiday home. The main beach "Dijeći raj" (children's paradise) is approx. 300m away, our self-built jetty with sunbathing platform approx. 200m on foot.
The two separately accessible flats "A" and "B" on the first floor are equipped with living rooms and bedrooms, as well as dining rooms and large balconies with seating and sunbathing areas, some of which also face the sea.

Both holiday flats therefore offer space for relaxation and a feeling of well-being.
The property has ample parking facilities (carport), space to play and barbecue. There is also a shower in the garden if you need to cool off in between. Bicycles can also be used after a short consultation.
You can do your shopping in the village or in the numerous supermarkets (Lidl, Kaufland, Interspar etc.) in the town of Zadar, approx. 8 km away.
