"It's very pretty, clean, with friendly staff and nearby a lot of stores. My room door didn't stay shut, it would just pop open. When I asked for a lock and was given a tiny luggage lock which didn't work no matter how I put the combo written on the sticky note. The staff had left while I tried to figure it out, ended up popping over to Daiso for a lock. "It was my second stay. This time I was in a room without a carpet and it was much nicer. The first time in had a room with carpet and I did not like the carpet or walls although everything else good. Just be sure to get hardwood room. Room was super clean and comfortable. It is right next to train station and very close to ferry. Zero issues to complain about."
