"The room was a nice size to accommodate our family of five. It wasn’t really dirty, but we did find a couple of cigarette butts under things. The biggest problem was that the hotel and restaurant staff were done super early. So, we didn’t have any dinner options after 6pm. There was nothing within reasonable walking distance and we couldn’t remove our car from the parking lot without an employee to let us back into the locked parking lot. "

"We were here for one night as a stopover on the way into the High Tatras. Our double room was spacious and clean. Check in was quick and easy, and staff were pleasant. "It's a comfortable new place in a cute village in the foothills of the Polish Tatra mountains, close to Zakopane (~10km) and not far from Krakow (~90km). Many thermal spas are also in the region. The room was large and cosy and the breakfast was tasty and generous every morning. Too bad that the staff, except for one person, didn't speak English."

"I loved my stay at Villa 11. It is beautifully decorated, extremely comfortable and everything is done to a high quality. Elizabeth is a lovely host and the Prosecco at breakfast on Saturday was a very nice touch! As was the complimentary coffee and snacks available throughout the day. "We stayed at this property for two nights just after Christmas . We were lucky to be there in a beautiful winter with loads of snow . Breakfast was delicious , staff was helpful , we booked a kulig ( horse sleigh ) for one of the mornings and that was lovely too .
