"Everything about this Hotel is perfect. I had a very pleasant stay in Salzburg because of this hotel. I was very comfortable staying in a place that is clean, safe, quiet and so close to everything, especially the Mirabellgarten (literally across the street). There are a plethora of restaurants and cafes nearby. Above all, it was the staff members who made this stay at the hotel worthwhile. They are very knowledgeable, especially when it comes to restaurants and what places to visit in Salzburg. They are very accommodating (i.e., making reservations at restaurants and offering to call transportation). I would definitely come back and stay at this hotel again. Customer service is 100 percent! "

"Great location. We ate at the restaurants near the hotel and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Breakfast was very good too! It was raining and the hotel provided us with umbrellas. Very nice!"

"Beautiful room, everything was clean and the decor is modern. The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. They were the best. I will definitely stay here again. The only negative, which is small - no iron in the room. However, they do offer laundry service if needed."
