"very nice location and new comfortable houses, a lot of restaurants in a neighbouring village. Staff is very helpful and explained were to find everything. the only moment of frustration was when we were asked to pay 25 euros on top of the bill for final cleaning - amount not mentioned on website during booking. and because we've stayed only for one night it sounded a bit excessive. but it was waived when I pointed out that I was not advised in advance"

"Where do we begin? We had a late flight and arrived to the villa 12.30 am. We were met there by the owners Emil and his wife. They were very friendly and helpful showing us around (even at that late hour). They had even bought us some groceries to get started. The property was immaculate. We used it as our base to visit the various beautiful sea towns of Vrsar, Rovinj and Pula. The pool is very private and a great outdoor eating area with barbeque awaits. "Had a lovely stay here, campsite was perfect for our two young boys. They loved all the activities, there's so much to do. We only had 3 nights but could have stayed a lot longer. "Overall it was a great stay. From the time we arrived, the service was great. Check in was easy and efficient. Our room was ready before we arrived, so no waiting time. Full valet service with free parking, which is not the norm in other hotels. The room was nice and spacious. Had everything we required, and was topped up throughout the day. Food was great at all the restaurants and value for money. Enjoyed the beach, indoor pool and spa facilities. The only request i would make, is that they remove the carpets from the elevators."
