Enjoy the convenience of this wonderfully located 2 bedroom, 2 bath ski-in/ski-out townhome. There is a well-appointed kitchen, dishwasher and other amenities from home. The living room has a comfortable pullout sofa, a new Smart TV and wood burning fireplace. The master bedroom has its own full bathroom and the guest room has a 3/4 bathroom just outside its door. Both bedrooms have queen beds, chest of drawers and closet space. There is also a new front-loading washer and dryer. To take the chill off there is a wood burning fireplace with a full supply of seasoned wood. Skiers will appreciate the use of a ski locker. The townhome is heated, and air conditioned with a great floor plan that allows for a relaxing time and privacy.

Winter
Located adjacent to the Toll Road ski trail, it's an easy 90-foot walk to the trail directly above the Toll House Lift providing access to the whole mountain which runs weather permitting, or you can drive 2 miles up to the Stowe Mountain Resort base lodge. The Toll House area also provides a free Mountain Shuttle to the main resort. To take the chill off there is a wood burning fireplace with a full supply of seasoned wood (winter season).
For Nordic skiers you can access Stowe Mountain Resorts cross country ski center by walking 300’ down an association driveway to the Stowe Derby trail (you can see the trail from the unit). The Stowe Mountain Resort ski center connects with Trapp Family Lodge’s trail system.
Summer
Enjoy a large wrap-around deck with views of the Worcester Mountains and the beautiful association pool with changing rooms, barbeque, and green area. Enjoy the townhomes spring and summer flowers and breathtaking foliage that will surround you.
The townhome is located just above the Toll House area where you can drive to the top of Mount Mansfield (the highest peak in Vermont) via the Toll Road or you can drive two miles up Mountain Road to the resort gondola (free with Epic pass) and the Spruce Peak commons including the Spruce Peak Arts performance venue.
Hiking
If you are interested in hiking, you can walk directly from the townhome to the Stowe Cross Country ski center trail network all the way to Trapp Family Lodge or even to the top of Mount Mansfield if you are up for it. Other hikes include Bingham Falls which is one-half mile up Mountain Road, Smugglers Notch, Moss Glens Falls, the Long Trail to Sterling Pond or the top of Mount Mansfield, and much, much more.
Biking
For mountain biking there are the Cady Hill Forest, Trapp Family Lodge and Sterling Forest areas. For flat terrain there is the Stowe Bike Path (paved) and the extensive Lamoille Valley Rail to Trail (gravel). There are many other alternatives in the area for all types of biking.
