"There were 6 adults and a 10 year old in our party. Douglas, the host was there on our arrival to give us a tour and orient us to the property. He was very helpful and attentive to assist us as needed as was Fatima! Our plan was to utilize all 4 bedrooms, one of which was the beautiful Tea House. The 4th bedroom was not pictured when we booked our stay. Upon arrival, we learned that the 4th bedroom was located in an unfinished basement and heated by an electric space heater. The outside...

"The property is ok and clean, location has good access to downtown and the main places. Wifi did not operate the first day. The owner charged us 46 euros extra because of "flooding bathroom and broken outlet" which we don't recognize. Everything was allright when we left and personally revised all rooms, incluidng the bathroom. Felipe, France"

"This property was clean, safe and great to manage the reservation. There were towels for our family of 5 and the bathrooms and everything else was extremely clean.. thank you I will definitely stay here again!"

"* Location (7/10): The hotel is located right next to a tram stop, which will take you to the center of Prague in 15’. It’s a 5’ walk away from Strahov monastery. * Room (9/10): We had a triple room for us and our kid and it was spacious. The room had crystal walls facing the street, which brought in plenty of natural light. There were 2 beds. Both had comfortable mattresses. It had a large bathroom with a shower (no bath) and toiletries (not including toothpaste).It did not have neither microwave nor fridge (we did ask a couple of times for ice at the bar and they filled our glasses at no cost). The carpeting was old and there were places where colour was gone but it was clean, just as the rest of the room. The TV was large enough with a wide selection of Czech and German channels. It also had Youtube. * Facilities (10/10): The hotel has a nice pool on the ground floor. There is a restaurant that serves american and mexican food but we did not try it. We did have some drinks there that were offered to us (home-made lemonades).They were great and the waiter was very friendly. * Breakfast (10/10): The breakfast buffet was great. It had everything you might want for breakfast, both cold and hot foods. It had traditional Czech breakfast but also international fare. * Parking: We did not use it but the building had a parking lot. * Staff (10/10): The guy that checked us in was very attentive, offered to give us advice on the things to visit and gave us complimentary drinks."
