"staff changed my room to ground floor so that i did not have to walk up stairs. At Picton, I also had a second floor room that had stairs outside. I had to take my suitcase up stairs as well as cooler. They said that i had booked with you and could not say that would be a problem. in 50 yrs of travel, I have never had 2 hotels with this issue."

"Staff is so friendly, and always answered our questions we had…. hotel is a little outdated but it did what it was supposed to do! Beautiful views of the water…. the breakfast was stocked at all times. Overall we will definitely be back again as it was close to the downtown core and everything we needed! Thank you Ramada for the stay!!"

"The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. The price reasonable. Overall a very nice hotel which i recommend. We did not use the other facilities, therefore cannot comment, as we were there for a very short time."

"The place was very old. Clean bedding and new mattress cover and towels. The halls reeked from smoke so badly and any room I could walk into when they cleaned was the same. They offered to spray a room deodorizer but we all know that won’t do anything. Tried to find another hotel with rooms under $270 for a night but all were sold out so we stayed til dawn and left. Everything including suitcase was washed when we got home. There are no smoking signs everywhere but obviously they do not enforce the rules. "

"They don’t have a restaurant on site or a liquor liscence but are walking distance to a couple pub type restaurants. Morning breakfast is included and has a decent selection of items to choose from "
