"The house was exactly as the photos show - well equipped, clean and comfortable with a view over the marina and the river. We had to call our hosts with a power issue on our first night and they couldn't have been more helpful. We weren't there on holiday so didn't get chance to explore the town or area properly but hope to do so on future visits."

"Amazing, peace and tranquility with great views and the added bonus of a wood burning hot tub. Will definitely be returning."

"My son and I visited with some friends and their kids for 1 night over the may bank holiday. The house has plenty of space and the kids enjoyed exploring and picking their rooms. It's close to a Budgins and fish and chip shop so food was easily available. We went to Stanwick Lakes which is only 20mins drive away and a giant free adventure play area."

"Honestly sometimes pictures lie but we walked in and every picture that we saw the house matched exactly. It’s a beautiful home with lots of space for you and the family to stay. We had a great time and would suggest this place to anyone and we will be booking again….!! "

"Positives: Clear instructions for the location and parking Heating had been turned on prior to our arrival Fridge had individual butter, milk and jam plus washing things were provided Unfortunately the negatives are much more plentiful: We sat on the sofa and the leg immediately fell off causing the sofa to collapse. "Lovely little house, with everything you need for a home from home. Downsides- there is child lock on the Wi-fi, not good for a tradesman working away. Cold house- woke up every morning shivering. Wasn’t sure how to set heating timer. And next door there are elderly neighbours who must be deaf- they are night owls and I’m sure their tv is directly opposite the wall of bed stand. Was maybe 2am before all was quiet. Also nothing to do with house but there were scrambler bikes going up and down...

"Unfortunately when we arrived at the property, the cleaners were still cleaning. We were meant to check in from 4:30pm, we arrived at 5:28 and the cleaners were only half way done. We had to wait about 3hours for them to finish. The cleaning was mediocre for a deep cleaning. But the stay was good for us as we made use of the local area and the house was nice it just wasn’t spotless for a deep clean. We were able to check out at 12 instead of 10am only because we sent evidence of the fact that we...
