Downeast Maine Cottage with Water View and Nature Preserve

Downeast Maine cottage overlooking Pigeon Hill Bay and Bois Bubert Island. The cottage is set privately on 3.5 acres next to the Petit Manan National Wildlife Refuge. Just 30 minutes from the Schoodic Peninsula and a short drive to Mt. Desert Island, Acadia and Bar Harbor. Hike and Bike the extensive trails in the wildlife refuge or the Schoodic Peninsula. Just down the road to the lobster pound and the Acadia Puffin Cruise. Enjoy all that Downeast Maine has to offer!

This coastal Maine cottage with water views to the Pigeon Hill Bay has two bedrooms, a loft and a day bed that sleeps up to 9 guests. You have access to the entire home. Guests may not access the garage, shed, or other outbuildings.
