"This is the second time we have stayed and we found it just as good as the first time, a month ago. A lovely large room overlooking the canal, very clean, the only drawback being the small , steep set of stairs to the bathroom - a bit perilous in the middle of the night! Also, as I was finishing my shower in the morning the hot water suddenly ran out. The breakfast was wonderful - fresh bread, croissants, home made yoghurt, home made jam, and a homemade custard pie! "

"This B and B was simply amazing from top to bottom. Ann, our host was easily available before and during our stay. Our room was immaculate and spacious with a very comfortable bed. The grounds were beautiful with many different sitting areas in a park like setting. The breakfast was delicious and fresh. Ann went out of her way to make us feel welcome and made many good suggestions for our visit to Ypres. We highly recommend this B and B! "

"AVOID. The place is disgusting. They over charged us/ripped us off. The area smells of poo (as it’s in a farm). The pool is green/mouldy. The receptionist had the worst most acrid body odour I’ve ever smelt. We were shown a smelly, small dark room (which we declined) We were going to stay at first having booked a room for 2 adults and 2 children. (As confirmed on the booking documentation) when arriving they said it would be another £50 per child and there had been a system mistake… I don’t...

"Lovely host but bedroom and bathroom very small and stuffy and noisy road at times . Opposite a church chiming through the night! However, otherwise pleasant. No restaurant in the village. Great for cycling"

"Superb communication ahead of us travelling and an excellent friendly welcome from antoine. Showed us around sand made us feel at home. Gave us advice on things to do and suggestions on where to eat. Simple but fresh & tasty breakfast ready in the morning was provided at out convenience. Overall a great place to stay in a relaxing & peaceful location. "

"Das B&B wird familiär geführt. Der Chef hat sich um alles gekümmert und war sehr freundlich. Es ist ein sehr ruhiges B&B, und darauf wird auch Wert gelegt. Es war alles sehr sauber. Das B&B liegt direkt an einer Tram-Haltestelle. Bei geschlossenem Fenster ist die aber kaum zu hören und hat uns nachts beim schlafen nicht gestört. Als negativ gibt es nur zwei Punkte. Die kostenlosen Parkplätze sind völlig überfüllt und man muss ziemlich Glück haben einen zu bekommen oder sehr weit weg parken....
