"We came up for a weekend in Fayetteville to watch several sporting events, as well as visit the college campus. The guest house was not far from campus at all and we loved it! We had everything we needed while we were there and the scenery was beautiful! We'll definitely stay there again!"

"Very cute and comfy cottage. The house was very clean. The beds were comfy. Our kids and new puppy Banjo enjoyed playing in the yard. We traveled to Centerton from there everyday and was able to avoid the heavy traffic in the surrounding areas. We enjoyed our stay."

"We had a great stay at this property. Perfect way to reconnect and getaway from the busy day to day. My husband, 3 year old and I enjoyed the beach access to the lake, the comfort of the home and the ease of getting into town to get essentials and get back to relaxing at the lake. The property was clean, the host was responsive to messages and requests, we will definitely be returning with friends to share the experience with next time!"

"The room was really big with a pullout sofa. We really appreciated the extra space. Plus they had a nice jacuzzi tub in the bathroom. The swimming pool was big, warm and not crowded at all."
