"Drake Cottage is a delightful place to stay. It’s (really) old and beautifully renovated with lots of great touches for guests. It’s very close to the centre of Saffron Walden but quiet.would love to come back. "

"Absolutely fantastic. lovely job on the property itself which had all the things you need for a short trip away. Extremely comfortable and such a tranquil place to be relaxing in the hot tub which was set up so that it can be used either during the day or with an extra special relaxing lighting for an evening dip.Within easy short drive of some lovely places to eat.Arrived a little late due to work commitments, but hot tub was ready for us with some bubbles cooliing in the fridge which was a...

"Our family of 5 adults, 2 children and our cockapoo stayed at Spring Cottage for 2 nights. The house is delightful with low beams and ceilings and nicely furnished. Communication with Loraine was excellent. Lovely enclosed garden. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend. "

"Beautifully located and appointed. Can't say enough about the host. We had a technical issue on the first evening and he came out at 11pm and fixed it. Followed up with a fine, local, artisan bread the following morning.Had a wonderful stay.Nigel and Angela"
