It is located 4 km from the nearest sea and pebble beach, where you will have the opportunity to enjoy the clear and clean Adriatic sea together with family or a group of friends. The villa can accommodate a maximum of 8 and optimally 6 people. The villa consists of first floor and upper floor. On the first floor you will find a spacious living room with a sofa, two armchairs, a table and a TV. Next to the living room is a fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare meals for the whole family. The kitchen leads directly to the outdoor terrace, where you can find an outdoor dining table, a 30 m² swimming pool with a depth of 1.5 m and next to it 4 sun loungers. On the terrace there is a gas grill where you can prepare delicious fish or meat dishes. On the upper floor of Villa Jewel there are two bedrooms, one with two single beds, the other with a double bed, and there are two private bathrooms with shower. The third bedroom is located in the additional part of the villa and has another double bed and a bathroom. Other facilities in the villa include a washing machine, an iron and a separate toilet. In addition, 2 armchairs and 1 sofa bed can be used as extra beds if needed. There are 2 private parking spaces available and the villa is fully fenced.
