"beautiful grounds, we were on a golfing holiday and the course was in god shape, shame about the weather but facilities at the hotel were great. We couldn't find somewhere to have a light bite after the golf but that could have been us!"

"Beautifully quirky former Oxford Prison hotel. We wanted to stay in a cell room which are only offered with a double bed. We would normally have looked for twin beds but on check in, were offered the opportunity for an extra single bed to be put in the room. Staff were very helpful and professional. The prison has been sympathetically transformed and retains all the former features which make it a special place to stay. Parking was offered right outside if needed. Location is perfect for exploring Oxford."
