There are a few niggles, although I put them into the category of observations and not complaints. The bed in the 'very' large bedroom was very creaky, and is perhaps time for a new mattress. "14 of us (ages ~30+) stayed here for a weekend for a hen party for one of my friends, we needed a Midlands location that was easily accessible from the centre of town and this house was just what we needed. Rikesh was really helpful and communicative. Although the house was perfect for what we needed, it could do with a little updating and sprucing up."
