My girlfriend and I stayed at the Bougie Bunker for a few days recently. It was lovely. The land was quiet, no city noises, and the bunker itself was spotless. Great place if you just want to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life and enjoy the quiet of nature. If I were going by myself, I'd consider staying here again. I had a great time just sitting on the porch and taking in the beauty of nature.
One thing to note--there was a very strong musty smell when we first entered the bunker. We were able to air it out by propping open the door and windows, but it took a few hours. The hosts were very responsive in communicating with us about it and I don't hold it against them or the property. It's an old concrete survival bunker, so it's more of a quirk. All this to say, if you are considering staying here, make sure you and the people staying with you don't have any lung or allergy issues that could make dealing with that mustiness difficult.
