"Not too far from the centre of town for a shop or extra facilities, however, close enough to a main road to hear traffic during the day, not an issue. Would have liked to be able to stream or cast to the rooms television as me and the other half just wanted to relax during our stay, however, that's a very specific want and has no bearing on the accommodation. All in all, was a lovely weekend away, relaxing and the staff were ever so lovely."

"The property was beautifully quaint and 16th Century with beams, a lovely pub and gorgeous dining area. The food was very good and the breakfast, both the cooked and the cold breakfast. The only problem was the steep stairs but nothing you can do about that as the property is so old. Overall a charming place. "

"A lovely 2 day break at the lakes, so peaceful and relaxing. Spa is great too and we pretty much had it to ourselves most of the time. Food in the tipi was also great, would have liked to have seen some more sweet breakfast and healthy options though. It would also be great if there was an on-site shop to buy any groceries/essentials to save having to drive elsewhere."
