The check-in was smooth and hassle-free, and the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with directions or recommendations around the city. My room was spotless, well-equipped, and very cozy, with a comfortable bed that made it easy to relax after a day of exploring Zurich. What I especially loved was the hotel’s location — close to transport connections and within easy reach of the city center, making sightseeing very convenient. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and all amenities worked perfectly. Overall, my stay felt effortless and relaxing. I’d highly recommend the Trip Inn Jet Hotel to anyone visiting Zurich, whether for business or leisure. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip!"

"Stayed 1 night at this property. The lovely lady who checked me in was very kind & helpful, although I didn’t catch her name. The room was basic, but comfy enough for 1 person & a 1 night stay. Convenient shuttle service to/from the airport. Had dinner at the hotel’s restaurant. Food was good & service was good! Would recommend for a short stay. "
