"Loved the location and the rooftop view was incredible. First night the fridge stopped working and all the food we bought became rotten but the front desk reimbursed for them. The water in the shower only had hot water and wouldn’t turn off but they came and maintenance came and fixed the issue as well with the fridge. They gave good restaurant recommendations and were very accessible for location for the metro. Close to a lot of restaurants and shops. Overall fantastic minus the couple hiccups...

"The property is good, but they clean the rooms once in 7 days or may be after each check out. We stayed for 6 nights, hence no cleaning. We checked in late in the night about 10:30 pm. This was informed in advance. Now there is a numbered lock for entry. The reception is quite far from the main entrance. The man on duty was fast asleep. One of our colleagues checked in one day before. I had to call him up to open the door. Point is a calling bell could save all the troubles. Next all the staffs...

"The place is perfectly across the street from a market and a metro. It’s away from central city businesses and still close. Breakfast is amazing downstairs and the staff are kind. "

"It was close to Gare to Nord and a short distance from the shopping area The hotel is decorated beautifully and my room was very comfortable , clean I found it weird there was no phone I could use to call reception. I had to use my mobile The bar is amazing and I want to thank Eden especially for his warmth and welcoming attitude . He gave great tips for restaurants and added that extra star to my stay I will definitely come back again to stay any time I am in Paris The only thing I will say was a bit off for me was the communication I asked for water , was told there was a carafe in my room ( yes but it was empty ) I didn’t know there was a water dispenser in the hall way and she failed to mention it to me . I literally only noticed it on the second day Apart from that it was a great place to stay ! "
