We stayed at this property for 5 days for a wedding on Sapphire Beach, which is a two minute walk. Everything we needed was provided. Even coffee. Snorkelling at this beach was excellent. Very clean and nicely decorated with a beach theme. Would stay here again.

Fantastic vacation

Clean, well maintained and updated. Short distance to the beach, and a few restaurants and cafes. Also close to Red Hook so you can take the ferry to St. John’s. Will definitely rent again!

Beautiful condo

Absolutely Fabulous!

We hated to leave! This condo is beautiful and is as advertised. Communication with the hosts was very easy; they were always quick to respond. The view from the unit is fabulous and the area is lovely. A very short walk to the beach and restaurants. The condo is thoughtfully appointed and we had everything we needed. Very clean. We will be back!

Another day in Paradise

We had another wonderful week in this beautiful condo just steps from the most gorgeous beach! The condo is very well-equipped for guests. The recent renovations to Crystal Cove are spectacular and the new windows, doors, and keypad entry are the icing on the cake! Thanks again Uljana and Ihor.

Perfect place for your vacation

Property owner was extremely helpful and communication was great! Condo was roomy and well stocked. Bed was very comfortable. Steps to a beautiful beach, several restaurants within walking distance and lots of wildlife. Our family loved it and will definitely be back!

Sapphire Beach is just about as perfect a beach can be! The view of St John’s and blue colors of the water are like a post card! Great trip! We will be back !!

Excellent experience from the time we got here until we left. Did not want to rent a car and it was fine. Taxi’s readily abailable and reasonable. Short ride to everything we needed. Beach was great and not crowded.

Just like the listing

This Crystal Cove condo was very clean. I was amazed at how spacious it was, extra large bedroom, big kitchen, two bathrooms. We were with our two young adult children who slept on the pull-out sofa, and their was room and privacy for everyone. Close to the beach, and walking distance to a bar and several restaurants. Only a short drive to Red Hook for anything forgotten.

STILL the best beach!!

We had a wonderful week at Crystal Cove. Uljana is a wonderful host! Her updated list of "Things to do In St. Thomas" was excellent... too bad we didn't have time to see everything. The condo is clean and beautifully furnished and equipped. It's a 90 second walk to the beach- maybe. Ahh. What a wonderful, relaxing vacation! Hope to return next year.

Fantastic Family Getaway

We stayed here with our three boys. There was ample space and storage in the unit. The beach was beyond beautiful and with great restaurants and bars on site- you don’t have to go far. Red Hook was less than a five minute drive and we took the ferry over to St John for a day trip. I would easily stay here again. It’s also not far from other great beaches. We lost power for a few minutes and we called Norma who was super friendly and responsive. The unit had a wonderful beach view and when I needed to work- there was fast internet service.

Sapphire Beach week

Beautiful location. The condo was convenient and clean. A few minor issues which were promptly resolved by the owner, who was very responsive. We went scuba diving with Red Hook Divers -- excellent experience. Also snorkeled at several beaches, best were Lindquist and Hull Beach (and Sapphire Beach) -- all beautiful. Also did a snorkel tour with Seize the Day -- snorkel sites were fine but they were a bit aggressive in advocating for a generous tip. We enjoyed an excellent seafood dinner at Fish Bar over near Hull Bay. Overall, a beautiful week, we will be back to Crystal Cove.

Amazing!

The host was fantastic. Her constant communication was incredibly helpful. She provided ideas on what to do and where to go that were fitting for just about anyone. We were also provided an upgraded unit as the one we booked was under renovation. Everything was fantastic. We only had one issue and that was the constant power outages. This is of course, not the fault of the host. We had at least two days of 4-6 hours WITH power. We all became proficient at showering with the lights from our phones. I would still go back!

Steps to Ocean!

We really loved the location of this unit and it was a very short walk - like maybe 5 minutes to the beach. Just perfect! Plus there is a wonderful beach front bar and pizza right on the property so no need to leave if you didn't want to. There is also an upscale restaurant within walking distance called Sea Salt - and it was gorgeous. We enjoyed the seabass - only warning would be it is pricy! So we went on our last night, but it was so gorgeous it was worth it! This condo is also a short ride to Red Hook and was I think 6.00/pp for taxi. Very easy!! We appreciated the communication with the owners too and made our trip wonderful. We will book again here!

The bed was the worst beds I have every slept in. It was miserable sleeping there. There was no ice in the fridge because the fridge didn't have an ice maker. Couches were very uncomfortable. Nice kitchen. No trash bags available. There is no porch.

Heaven

Spacious unit could accommodate a family nicely, but I was solo with occasional friend. Uljana and Ihor are responsive hosts who obviously want their guests to enjoy the area. Provided comprehensive instructions. Supplied water floats, noodles, thermal beach bags, pickle ball paddles, and tennis rackets. Beach is a minute away at the end of the sidewalk out the front door. Beautiful views. Pizza Pie restaurant right there has seriously good pizza! Live music at the open air bar on Sundays. Taxis at the gate to the property take you anywhere for $6 one way. Safari buses at the roadside are only $1, but only travel in one direction. Town center of Red Hook 1-2 miles down the road and has grocery, restaurants, more live music, and ferries to other islands. Yoga on the beach and water aerobics in the pool. Fabulous snorkeling at the beach. Be as active or sedentary as you wish. It's all here. Heaven!!

Pleasant Stay

Overall, our accomodations were good. The condo had everything we needed. The host was readily available to answer our questions and address our concerns. Unfortunately we did run into a few problems. The bedroom t.v. was damaged making it hard to see the entire screen. The cable system has a lot of blank channels making it frustrating to navigate. Me and my partners biggest complaint is the consistent presence of large mosquitoes. We killed at least 15. We could not figure out where they were coming from. On the last night, my partner was bit at least 10 times altogether. I was bit 2 times. He had to put alcohol on his bites. We believe that mosquitoes were coming in thru the vents. Also, the toilet paper on the roll was not replenished by cleanup staff in both bathrooms. We did love having access to beach chairs, accessible food available, and Sapphire Beach! We hope to return someday and thanks.

Lovely location

This was our first trip to St Thomas and this location did not disappoint. The condo was ready upon our arrival and was clean, well equipped with all we needed, updated, quiet, and spacious for the two of us. The host and Norma were so easy to work with and really nice people. The beach, oh my! Lovely views and beautiful blue waters. We personally don't know how the other beaches are around the island, but we felt we could not do much better than Sapphire Beach. Being guests of the condo we had beach chairs readily available to us at no cost. There were no umbrellas, but quite a few trees on the beach that offered shade if you wanted. There were places next to condo for drinks (bar and non-alcoholic) and food (pizza, fish tacos, burgers, etc.), as well as a little breakfast spot. Red Hook is not a far car/taxi ride if you wish to catch the ferry to St John, find a grocery (Moe's Market), restaurant (we enjoyed Easterly), or bar. We also recommend doing a sunset cruise, food tour, snorkeling, day trip to St John, etc. Lots to do or just relax if you wish. We would definitely book this condo again. We loved our time here. This location is a solid 30 minute ride from airport or Charlotte Amalie. We opted not to rent a car and therefore relied on taxis (no Uber) or the safari bus (which we took twice). If you plan to do a lot of touring around the island renting a car may be best as taxi costs can add up (but may be cheaper than daily car rental). Be aware that the roads are hilly, narrow, have sharp turns and you drive on the left side.
