The Host is super nice and communication is great!! The house is really clean and the location is very family friendly :) I had a great stay.

Just ok

We used the house for our Thanksgiving gathering with family. upon arrival we needed to sweep the floors and patio area from crumbs and dirt. the house sleeps 14 but there was very little flatware, only enough for 6 people. THe decor was lovely and beds were comfortable. No cutting boards, no pot holders, minimal cooking items. We were not cooking but only warming up foods for our dinner. The oven was dirty and smoked a lot during warming of the food. Also the sink disposal in the kitchen separated from the piping underneath so it leaked out contents under sink and onto floor. Foul smell coming from the kitchen sink as well upon arrival. Since it was a holiday, we got through it as we could not make alternative arrangements but this house has lots of potential but not ready for renters until they fix items, clean properly and bulk up on kitchen essentials. I rent houses from VRBO all the time and this house is not up to par. Outside area is nice, pool and fire pit.
