Pool was damaged during hurricane and will not be operational until April 2025. Beach is fully accessible. Completely renovated condo with new granite kitchen and bath, new furniture including beds and all new stainless steel appliances. Self check in with contact free arrival using a lockbox on the unit. Enjoy this beautiful oceanfront gem with balcony and intercostal views. Home includes all new tile floors, new appliances, new sheets and towels, and all the kitchen appliances and utensils you would ever need. Watch the sunrise from your balcony and enjoy the heated pool year round. Unit includes 2 queen size beds and queen size pull out sofa. Complex includes BBQ grills that overlook the ocean and volleyball court on the beach. This beautiful ocean front home includes free parking. Our building is well maintained it has a heated pool, shuffleboard court, barbecue grill, beach volleyball' and tiki bar. Please NO PETS ALLOWED. Security deposit is returned within 7 days of departure.

Unit was clean and stocked with all you would need. Due to the hurricane damage there was no pool. No grills or patio area no shuffleboard. These amenities were important crtfor us on looking for a place. I understand the hurricane but I did ask the owner in Nov when I could have cancelled or reduced my stay ihow they sustained the hurricane. No response except to send me pool rules which led me to believe all was well. One week would have been ok 2 was too long.

Loved our "home" for the week! Clean, comfortable, and close to lots of great restaurants. The best part was watching the sunrise from the balcony overlooking the intercoastal, then watching the sunset every evening over the Gulf of Mexico!

The location was great, steps from Beach. The Building was having construction done to exterior which was not mentioned. We were woke each day at 8 am to Air Chisels, Air Hammers and once on Beach the Construction noise was very loud.

We wanted a place on the beach with a heated pool and this place checked the box. Wish it had a view of the beach instead of the parking lot and road. Road was noisy with the thin sliding doors. Shower and one of the bathroom sinks have the hot and cold water switched. Once we learned that the shower was more pleasant.

Enjoyed everything except the balcony. The air conditioning vents on the balcony so between the hot air and the noise it was like being in a boiler room. If you are not a balcony person the place was great.

It’s so beautiful, I didn’t want to leave.. Everything we needed for a perfect beach vacation.. The view of the intercostal off of the balcony was perfect- we saw dolphins swimming, saw boats of all sizes... The pool is heated to a perfect temperature, plenty of chairs available and every1 here is friendly.. the beach goes forever...

Property was as advertised. Location is excellent. Very spacious. Owner was quick to respond to questions and accomodated a early check in and late check out to accomodate our travel. Condo had all ammenities needed. Pool and beach access! Only complaint was the bed was not overly comfortable. I would return to property again and would recommend to family. Thank you Ryan.

Great area, great pool. Only issue- cleanliness! Had to clean commode and kitchen on arrival. Visible stool on commode and pretty sure kitchen not cleaned. Upside, frig and dishwasher clean. White wicker furniture visibly dirty (sticky dirty.)

Condo is in a great location and had everything we needed. The pool and beach access was amazing. We found the condo to be surface clean, but could definitely use a good 'spring' cleaning for certain areas (bottom of bathroom vanity, kitchen cabinet handles, lamp shades etc.) Some reviews complained about the air conditioner on the balcony. We found if you just shut the air off while relaxing out there, the condo stayed plenty cool and it was much more peaceful. Even seen a dolphin swimming in the waterway across the street! Our stay was wonderful and would stay again for sure!

The condo complex was well maintained. There was painting prepration in progress so we lost our parking spot. This resulted in us parking across the street. It was a disatisfier but we adjusted. The condo needed some more detailed cleaning (upholstery, tracks for sliding glass door and closet door). Amenities in all were great. Lots of towels and dishes.

Arrived 30 minutes early for check in..check in was 3pm.. condo was not cleaned.. after calling owner he said it would be cleaned by 7:00 pm.. he did refund me a day stay. They are doing construction on building and they started what sounded like a jack hammer at 8am every morning and lasted till 4pm.. it was so loud.. one wash cloth and no soap.. location was great right on beach and nice pool. Gate to get into pool where when people came through it slammed shut which was very annoying and loud and it was continuous due to people coming and going. Would have been nice it people would have closed it instead of letting it slam shut. Only remodeling was kitchen.

We’ve stayed at this condo several times before, this was the first time in this specific unit. The unit is well maintained and has been updated well compared to other units on property. The kitchen is well stocked with any cookware needed as well as cleaning supplies, paper towels, etc. They also provided several different bath, beach and kitchen towels for use. The beach closet had several chairs, umbrellas and floats/toys for use. When we arrived, it was evident the unit had been thoroughly cleaned and was left in great condition. The location of the unit is the best we have come across in the area. The beach is private and very little foot traffic for a peaceful, relaxing family beach vacation. The pool is small, but well maintained and is usually not very busy, so the size really is of no difference. It’s definitely a place you feel comfortable bringing small children as everyone is so friendly and the hustle bustle of typical beach areas is not around. 10/10 would recommend.

Overall, sadly, did not live up to our expectations. The property itself seemed dirty and just needed a good scrub! It was remodeled, but I dont know that it was "recent". There were blinds on the bedroom window, but no drapery resulting in the ability to see into the room from the walkway outside. The noise from the road below the balcony was constant and the sliding door didnt "slide" or lock. The sliding doors on the bedroom closet, fell off the tracks when opened/closed. I specifically asked about beach chairs and towels. The towels were fine but the chairs provided had rust on them and one had a broken arm. We came back to the condo one afternoon to find that an exterminator had been in the condo, which we were not informed would happen. Finally, there was some sort of construction happening in the building that started every morning around 8am, so no need to set an alarm! We DID enjoy the pool and being able to walk right out to the beach every day! Both were great.

We arrived after 2 long days on the road ready to relax! We had a surprise as we walked in to find a coffee pot half full of coffee and wet grounds, a dishwasher full of filthy dishes that even after running through a cycle I had to scrub to get them clean! The stovetop and oven were both disgusting and I had to clean the oven before I felt safe in even using it! And…., the toilet was plugged and we had to plunge and plunge to get it opened up! Someone had obviously flushed a bar of soap as the more we plunged the more bubbles were coming from where?! There it was, a partial bar of soap sticking to the toilet bowl! We texted Ryan and he did make it right and gave us a small credit! The location on the beach was wonderful but the deck overhanging Gulf Blvd was very noisy and hard to visit while sitting out there. We love Indian Shores as there is a lot to do but won’t return to this unit.
