Great Location

We had such a great week staying in the condo! The beds and pillows were very comfortable. I need some of those pillows for my home!! The location was fantastic with the trolley stop to Clearwater right across the way. The people on site we encountered were very friendly. Overall, we'd stay again in a heartbeat!

Paradise on sand key

Everything was perfect. Check in process was seamless. Communication with host was always timely. The place is amazing!!!CBC is a luxury resort with all of the amenities anyone could ask for. We can’t wait to come back next year. Thank you again Marie!

Excellent séjour!

Emplacement très bien situé (petits restos, dépanneur et magasins disponible à proximité, le tout se fait très bien à pied). Ambiance chaleureuse dans le condo, piscine chauffée et spa à l’extérieur, très propre.Seul petit bémol, les store dans la chambre principale ainsi que dans le salon seraient à changer. À côté que c’est un unité côté nord, donc moins de soleil sur le patio. Endroit très sécuritaire et reposant! Excellent séjour, je recommande.

FIREWORKS!!!!!

The NYE fireworks were the most spectacular...mostly because we were on the 17 th floor in a comfortable condo.....the spotless, well appointed and comfortable unit was just as advertised......yep we enjoyed it....

Nice condominium with super view

The Crescent Club is in the best and silent area of Clearwater Beach and well maintained, the condo is well equipped with everything you need, the communication with the owner Marie was excellent, the view was wonderful. We very much enjoyed our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay here. If you are looking for a great large balcony with an impeccable view and an easy walk right out onto the beach. This is the place for you! Really clean and exactly as advertised! Plenty of places to eat nearby and take scenic walks. Overall would stay again!

A very relaxing vacation!

Loved the property & the wonderful view from our balcony right on the beach! The unit had all the comforts of home & spacious for 2 adults & 2 children! Perfect location, with shops & restaurants, and friendly people! Marie, the owner, was accessible for questions & very helpful. Plan to stay again, but for longer as it was a very relaxing time! Excellent location and great price. We loved the beautiful view of the beach. We loved all the amenities. One downside was the gym was under construction, but can only imagine that it will match the beauty of the rest of the property. Another downfall was tbat most beach equipment was broken and couldn't be used, and recommended buying new furniture. Would recommend to anyone who wants to visit the area.

Quiet with a Touch of Class in Sand Key

The property was excellent. It is located in a luxurious condominium on the gulf. Easy beach access and away from the weekend beach crowd. Great sunsets and a diverse selection of restaurants. Close drive (~45 minutes) to St. Petersburg, Venice, Tarpon Springs, the airport, and downtownTampa. Nice central location for touring the area and just a very nice place to chill out on the beach. Several mornings we had sighted from the 17th floor manatee's swimming north toward Clearwater Beach. Marie was very helpful in supporting our questions. The staff at Crescent Beach Club were supper friendly and glad to help and resolve any concerns.

Beautiful beachfront condo

This condo is in an absolutely wonderful location on Sand Key. It is on a very quiet beach yet within walking distance of several restaurants and stores. If you want more action, Clearwater Beach is a long (25-30 min) walk or short car ride away. The condo itself is on the 17th floor and you can enjoy spectacular sunsets from the large balcony. It is extremely quiet- we did not hear any of our neighbors during the week we were there. The condo is nicely furnished and the kitchen well-equipped. Extra paper goods are even provided, which is a first in my many years of renting vacation homes. Marie promptly answered any questions we had.

About this property

The owner was lovely. The property was a well-maintained. That said, the full-time residents are incredibly rude and inhospitable. This property “cites” the tourists for breaking rules and if you have children visiting (young) watch out! The residents break their own rules. They eat, drink, and have unapproved “flotation” devices. The residents quote the rules (I was told there were hundreds and I need to read them, but they aren’t provided with the contracts), but don’t live by them. I simply don’t understand. This property should have a hard fast rule to not rent to anyone (vacationers) under 16 because it is incredibly difficult to tell round children to not jump in the pool, not have a toy, etc. No loudness. No radios. Nothing. Craziness. Tracy in the office is very kind. Loved her. The residents, though———

NOT SUITABLE FOR YOUNG CHILDREN

I wish I could give 2 separate reviews...one for the condo and one for the overall facility. The condo is BEAUTIFUL and stocked with all necessities. The beach is the perfect location...just over the bridge from the busyness of Clearwater but nice quiet beach. The pool however is a nightmare if you have young children. I strongly encourage you to google reviews for Crescent Beach Club II if you will be vacationing with young children. I saw nothing on VRBO about the pool issues so Im using this opportunity to make others aware. There is no lifeguard but the security guards do patrol and they are ridiculous...and not all on the same page. They allow no toys whatsoever...arm floats and pool noodles only. However since they only patrol and aren't always on the pool deck we would have to tell our children no toys and then other families would come in with their diving sticks and so forth and not be told otherwise because the guards weren't out. That doesn't work when you have kids that have been told one thing and they see others doing what they can't. Also no food is allowed in the pool area which is fine again if it was consistent. We brought a party pack bag of chips up from the beach and sat them with our stuff while we got in the pool. They were sealed and no one was eating anything...however we had to get out of the pool and take them up. Yet we saw numerous people eating throughout the week. The kicker was after 3 days of my 6yo wearing her goggles in the pool without a guard saying anything (she had just learned to swim the week before and will not swim without them) the guard told us the kids had to take their goggles off. It was fine for the 3 days before? And they were on her face...not like she was swinging them around or throwing them. However the guard the next day said they were fine. If you are going to have ridiculous rules y'all need to get on the same dang page. Also I believe it should be included in the listing arm floats and noodles only. This totally put a damper on our trip. And before anyone says the beach is for playing...I get that. But kids can only take so much salt in their eyes and sand up their cracks before they are ready for the pool. Which is why we booked and paid for a condo with a pool. It is very clear the year long residents do not want these condos rented (one yelled at our children before they got in)...but when you do a VRBO search and it doesn't hint at any of that you go with it!!

Underwhelmed

The property was beautiful, as listed. The views were amazing and the Host communicated regularly. I have always stayed in hotels but wanted to give a condo a shot. We stayed for 7 days. The 1st day when we arrived at the security gate my name was not on the list. The Guard had to eventually call someone to get an okay for us to enter. That took about 30 mins. Then we unloaded our luggage and arrived at the elevator only to find our name was still not on the directory. I called the security number and they let us in. We had to do this every time we would arrive the entire week. The TV in Bedroom # 2 did not work, Host suggested turning on light switch behind door and it still didn't work. There were 2 beach chairs one of them was broken. I notified the Host and two were ordered and delivered overnight, very responsive. We used the sleeper sofa and found later that we needed to let the host know that we were going to use it. Who would have thought that would be the case? It was advertised that it was there. The only reason it was used was the TV in Bedroom # 2 didn't work. Overall a nice Condo, just the glitches I have noted.
