The Avalon condominium complex at Clearwater is located in a beautiful gated community 3 miles away from Clearwater Beach , It is a short drive to Indian Rocks Beach, Honeymoon Island and close to Tampa .
The condo is on the ground floor , steps away from the pool . Charcoal BBQ grills are by the pool .
The condo includes a fully equipped kitchen new granite counter tops, coffee maker, blender, cookware , silverware , dinnerware, glasses etc., the kitchen has everything you need for the everyday meal preparation .
A brand new washer and dryer .
Large bedroom with king size bed , TV , and a walk-in closet . In the living room there is a sofa bed .
Linens , covers , pillows, bath towels , iron, iron board, hair dryer are provided to you, beach chairs, umbrella , towels and cooler .
A mini google for your entertainment but please do not play the music too loud .

My stay was very comfortable and relaxing. New mattress and king size bed and new shower head was awesome. Pool is close by and very relaxing. JD made sure i was comfortable and the apt has everything i needed for my stay.

Nice cozy stay located close to the pool . Shopping plaza across the street. Quiet. Only downfall for me was the firm mattress. Everything needed was provided, including stuff for your beach outings!! Would stay again!

Nicely furnished and decorated. Exactly as depicted in ad and pictures. Easy check-in. Owner was quick to answer any question we had and was very friendly. Condo had everything we needed, would definitely stay here again.

Once again we had a wonderful stay at the condo. Owner answered questions very quickly. Condo was very clean and supplied with everything you need for a trip to Florida. This was our second stay in this condo and we’ll use it again when we come back!

Fabulous Rental! Loved Our Stay!
Very impressed with the property. It was everything it said it would be. Super clean, superb! location, excellent communication. We loved the idea of a gated place with good security, especially having a 9yr old along. Everyone in the complex was so nice & helpful! Parking close. Pool was a short walk & absolutely beautiful; clean area, comfortable water temp, ample place to sit. Communication with condo owner was consistent and clear. Quick to reply to any questions/concerns. Made us feel very comfortable and welcome. Condo was inviting and comfortable, really felt like home. We loved the screened in patio area, so nice to enjoy the evenings out there. Plenty of food options within a couple mile radius. Publix across the street was very convenient. And just a few minute drive to Clearwater Beach! :) 10/10 would recommend this place. They made our first VRBO experience the absolute best it could be. We hope to return sooner rather than later!
