Not the vacation property we were expecting
We had issues and were met with rudeness from day one. We had issues with the lock on the door which that were able to tell us how to lock it. We also let them know about the 2 sliding glass doors that were unable to lock and secure the 2 toddlers we had with us and that the cleaning people did a poor job as there were sticky spots all over and trash under the furniture. On day 3 someone came out and placed plastic sticky things on the doors that kept falling off so did not secure our toddlers from getting into the patio which had broken railing and only spot cleaned the sticky spots failing to get bottles and chip packs that were under the furniture. Day 4 the ceiling in master bath started leaking pee and poop water into the toilet so we were unable to use that bathroom. They sent someone out to check it out and they stated it wasn’t something they could fix that night so it was to be fixed on the 5th day. Cleaners showed up to say it had been fixed and we told them it was still leaking but they said it was just residual water. However when the people on the unit above is used the restroom again it started leaking again. So for the last 3 days we had to have a plastic bag above the toilet so it would reroute the water - that was pee and poop water from the toilet above us - from leaking onto the toilet so that we could use it. After hours of dealing with all this crap and hearing everyone pass thy e buck to the next person we were given a refund for one nights stay.

Our family really enjoyed our stay. Very clean, beautiful views. Would highly recommend if traveling with a small group/family. The condo had everything you need. Can’t wait to stay here again!

Good location, condo needs work
The good: Beautiful view, right on the beach in an older but nice complex. When contacted the property manager tried to fix our issues quickly The bad: Cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. The pots and pans were beyond gross with grease, rust, and food particles, same for the coffee maker. When brought up, they brought us new ones. Good on responsiveness, but should you really have to do that? The dishwasher and refrigerator needed to be replaced about 10 years ago. Moldy and nasty water/ice dispenser. The dishwasher smelled from needing the trap cleaned and dishes were dirty/greasy. We hand washed then bought disposables. The rest of the condo looked like someone picked up, but needed to be cleaned and really needs to be renovated everything is old. Annoyances include; 1 parking spot per unit, check-in is at another condo complex, and no washer/dryer. The missing laundry room is on me, it’s noted, I just have never rented a condo that only had a coin laundry. As a whole, I would consider staying again in a different unit in the complex, but not this one. Fully expect to be flamed as I noticed several others have been on negative posts.

Awesome condo
Condo was amazing. Everything you could possibly need and more was provided. View was also amazing. Missed a pretty shower curtain in guest bath. Wish we could rent again. Unfortunately , we are 70 and free beach rides wouldn’t go that far north. We have rented several condos and this one was the best of all. Still may consider it in the future. Highly recommend 👍

Beachside Paradise
This is the perfect space and a great location. The condo has plenty of room, everything was in working order and we were quite comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans and even a few containers for storing leftovers. The only suggestion for improvement that I can make is the sofa and loveseat need to be replaced. They are not comfortable at all. I know, it is a beachfront condo and of course, best case scenario, we'd have been on the beach all day. But unfortunately, the weather did not cooperate most days, as we did find ourselves inside watching movies and playing games. If you have any doubts, don't. Book this condo. You won't regret it!

Think the cleaning crew missed this one...had to run all silverware thru dishwasher, clumps of hair and fuzz in corners, fridge unclean. Balcony doors do not lock(very unsafe for children). The grounds were pretty and pool was nice. Might try another condo in this building but not this condo...

We will be back!
Hurricane Ian interrupted our trip but the few days we stayed at the condo was great. The condo is as described and you can’t beat the area. We appreciated that we were kept updated by the management company on the situation with the Hurricane. Everyone has been so responsive! We will be back!

Nice location, a bit dated/shopworn in some aspects of decor.
Nice location, easy access parking, nice beach, NICE WARM POOL and HOT TUB. A couple of broken lamps (lampshades worn or broken and nonfunctional), a running toilet and a large dead cockroach did not impress the female guests, but didn't bother me. It's the beach, it's Florida and there's a lot of traffic in these rentals. A few bugs can be expected in the subtropics. VERY nice balcony which wraps around the corner, nice, very nice. A large selection of beach toys in the balcony closet. Overall I'd go again if I were considering that area....but....Mexico has just become such a better value, and an all inclusive 5 star resort in Mexico, all food, all drinks, much nicer room, can be obtained for the same cost.

This was our first time to Indian Shores and it did not disappoint. The unit was very nice and met our needs just fine. The balcony is wonderful. We spent most of our time enjoying the spectacular view.

Clean, large, exactly what I needed for my short stay in St. Pete!
Read the previous reviews and even-though I was a bit concerned, it wasn’t as bad as others indicated. It was a great size and was adequate for my visit to St. Pete! Could it use an update, sure, but it was fine for me and my g/f who stayed with me for a couple of days. The balcony and pool was fantastic and I loved not having to worry about a physical key to enter. The directions to pick up the welcome packet to a another location was quick and easy, but I would prefer it be available at the location I’m staying at, but not a deal breaker. Beds were comfy, linens soft and in abundance. Kitchen nicely stocked, except you’ll need foil, plastic wrap and storage bags, storage containers, and I had forgotten to buy or bring them! The location, although not at all their fault, was not my favorite. Not close to shopping, but if you’re fine with staying on property the whole time, then it’s perfect!

Love the view, condo needs maintenance
The location is perfect. However, the building is old and needs maintenance. This particular condo had issues with the air conditioning the whole weekend we were there. The air also does not blow into the bedrooms. Parking is horrible. Luckily the vehicle we drove was on the smaller size and we had not taken my truck.

It got the job done; if you don't have high cleanliness standards, the view is worth it!
As other reviewers have mentioned, this condo needs a serious deep clean. Despite arriving as the cleaners were leaving we found debris on the floor, had to use Clorox wipes to clean off touch surfaces after opening up a cabinet and coming away with a hand covered in some kind of substance. (We ended up going through two packages of travel wipes doing so, all came away absolutely filthy) There were broken blinds in all but the master bedroom, which we addressed with the property manager immediately as the broken blinds in the secondary bedroom presented a privacy concern because anyone walking by outside could see in the bedroom. The sliding glass doors in both the living room and master bedroom that lead to the balcony also didn't lock. This was problematic for us as we were traveling with small children and said as much. The property manager responded that someone would be out to address these items on Monday, which wasn't especially helpful considering we arrived on Saturday and were checking out Tuesday morning. On Monday it appeared as if someone had been in the condo while we were out, as the sliders were now locked, but we couldn't replicate the locking and none of the blinds were repaired. I emailed the property manager about this and received no response. All that said, it wasn't all bad and nothing was so bad that we felt we needed to relocate. The view was amazing, the beach toys were greatly appreciated by my children, the grounds are well maintained and we loved having pool access when the beach got too hot. The condo had lots of essentials in the way of kitchen supplies. All in all it got the job done, but we would not return to this particular unit again. Additionally, please make a note that you do not pick up your room access at the property! We arrived and were directed to a different property 2 miles away to pick up an envelope with the code to the door lock on our condo. Why this couldn't have been emailed to me or better communicated is beyond me, I was just grateful the office on site was able to help me because the property manager didn't immediately respond to me about how to gain access to the property.

Fantastic view!
The unit was perfect for our family of 4. The view from the patio was incredible. The pool and hot tub were great as was the path to the beach. The unit itself was sufficient. The second bathroom didn't have a tub as stated, it was a walk-in shower. The 3rd bedroom has a small futon, I wouldn't consider the 3rd bedroom functional for an adult to sleep in. Overall, our family would definitely stay here again!

The condo was nice and spacious. It fit our needs perfectly. There were plenty kitchenware, plenty of towels and beach towels which made it so easy! I couldn't find the dust pan, but I used the vacuum instead. We lived the balcony!! Very nice experience!! Thank you!
