Superb property and great host
This property is amazing as it has everything one would need for an extended stay. The host was phenomenal in communicating and making sure we had everything we needed. Not only did she let us check in last minute (sadly came in town unexpectedly), but she also extended our stay with no issues or complaints. I will definitely be staying at that property when I return. Thank you Katerina for making this stay so calming. I can’t thank you enough for being so flexible with us…thank you, thank you, thank you!

Long Weekend Getaway
This property is well maintained, clean, and had everything we needed. The location was neutral to the beaches we wanted to visit and going downtown and to Gulfport. The host was great to communicate with and ensured we were comfortable before, during, and after our stay. Only point of feedback is the house is on a busy road. There is a parallel one way street though which makes it easy to access the driveway. We adjusted after the first night but for those that are light sleepers it’s worth mentioning. Everything else was fantastic and would stay at this location again! Thanks for a great weekend stay!

Comfortable place to stay
We had a 16 night stay at this property related to my daughter’s out-of-state jaw surgery. We enjoyed the light and bright spaces, and appreciated many of the amenities: blender, shaker cup, washer/dryer, and all of the food prep equipment. Be prepared to pay for your own products beyond 2 rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, and 3 washer pods (for a 16 night stay). It surprised us since other properties we’ve stayed at have provided these to us.

We had a wonderful stay with everything we needed! The home was clean, comfortable and well maintained. We appreciated how convenient it was to everything we needed. Hosts were very communicative and helpful. Would definitely book again!

Thoughtfully designed home with all that you need!
Everything about our stay was wonderful! The check-in process was very easy and the home had everything we needed, plus more! So much thought went into taking care of guests, such as providing beach chairs, a beach umbrella, drying rack for wet swimsuits. We are a family of 6 and felt very comfortable in this 2-bedroom space with a pull-out couch in a living room that also was big enough for our queen-sized air mattress (which we didn't need). The outdoor space allowed us to eat outside and includes a very large umbrella for shade. We were able to use the backyard faucet to wash sand off after a day at the beach. There were plenty of towels for the bathroom, along with extra beach towels, plenty of dishes, silverware, knives, pots, and pans. There is a tv in each room plus the living room so that helped if everyone didn't agree on a show! The layout is great. Everything was clean, bright, and organized. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! One other guest mentioned that the house is on a busy street, but there is a less busy inner road that takes you right up to the hosue, so you have the best of both worlds: no need to turn off a busy road from the driveway, but easy acces to a major street to get where you need to go. Marshalls, TJ Maxx, Bealls, Michaels are all - within less than a 5-minute drive, along with a Dunkin Donuts within a block walk, and a big grocery store less than a 3-minute-drive. We would stay here again. You won't be disappointed!
