Welcome to your dream beachfront getaway! Our condo is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the sunshine on Florida's beautiful Sunset Beach with Oceanfront Views! We are new owners. Our Sunset Chateau condo is located directly on the beach, featuring an open concept living area with brand new 55 inch smart TV. Our condo is very spacious with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, newly decorated with all the amenities and extras. Fall asleep to the sound of the waves and wake up to a stunning sunrise. Enjoy the pool, BBQ grills and tables on the premises. You will be conveniently located in Treasure Island within walking distance to the infamous Caddy's restaurant and bar and other popular attractions and restaurants and shops. There are many opportunities for adventure with fishing, boating, jet skiing, pirate ship, and sightseeing cruises nearby. Our unit is owner managed and we provide convenient on site check in. We look forward to making your vacation the best it can be. We invite you experience our slice of paradise and create an unforgettable vacation experience. As new owners we are continuing to update and improve the condo.

Wonderful Property!!
The condo was everything we hoped for. Super clean, had everything we needed and was directly on the beach..... just perfect!!! Check in and out was easy and we didn't have any issues. We saw dolphins every day from our balcony or right on the beach, and even a few manatees!! Highly recommend!!!

Condo was very clean and had everything you could need! The location on the beach is perfect and the views are beautiful especially the sunset. Owners were so friendly and accommodating; always available and responded very quickly. Will definitely be back.

Great Location!
Overall great place to stay. Host was very easy to work with and responsive to questions. The building is older but the unit is nicely updated and very clean. Also included everything you could need for your stay (blender, coffee maker, Keurig, etc). Only thing missing was a washer and dryer in the unit, but there is a coin operated one down the hall. The best part of this place is the location! It's right off the main road, so much less traffic. All the units overlook the beach. The pool is between the building and the beach, which is only a few feet away. It is perfect for when part of the group wants the pool and others want the beach. Overall very happy with the experience. Would definitely recommend!

Lovely condo - good home base for visit to the area
This was a lovely condo that appears to have been recently remodeled. It was extraordinarily well stocked with everything we needed-kitchen items, beach towels and chairs, toiletries, laundry supplies, etc. It was very nicely decorated and very clean. There was plenty of space and it was comfortable for two couples. View of the beach from the living room and master bedroom. Beach is beautiful and walkable in both directions. The hosts were wonderful. They communicated promptly and allowed us to check-in early since property was ready which was much appreciated. This was a great home base for us to explore the surrounding area. We spent our time mostly in St. Petersburg and Sarasota as we didn't find the Treasure Island area particularly appealing. Cons were minor but were as follows: Building itself is older and seems a bit rundown on the outside. We didn’t use the pool but would say the same for the pool area. Location seems quite safe although the Treasure Island area is a bit rundown as well. Be aware that laundry is shared coin-op and there are quiet hours at night when laundry cannot be done Building is quiet and would not be good for louder groups. There is no private balcony space and the photo shown in the listing is from the balcony walkway that is used to access all of the condos. People do bring chairs out and sit out there but expect to have people regularly walking by to access their condos. All in all a very nice stay and good home base!
