The property has 2 bedrooms (adjustable Queen beds) and 1 full bathroom w a luxurious shower. Full kitchen & Two living rooms 1 with a queen sleeper sofa the other for hanging out near the private pool and spa. Outdoor area include the Lizard Lounge complete w/ tiki hut bar and TV. Covered patio area includes seating for 6 for family gathering.. Washer n Dryer on property.

Family spring break
Our family had lots of fun in the pool and spa, and the location was perfect for accessing the beach for morning runs. We were surprised to find a construction project right next door, which was not shown in the pictures. It wasn't too noisy, but a little strange having workers overlooking the pool. Otherwise, our host was super responsive, and we had a very good time on our vacation.

Close to the beach, quiet neighborhood
The house was perfect for our short stay. The hot tub and pool area was fantastic. I let the manager know that the hot tub wasn't heating up. They had someone there the next morning to fix it. It worked fine the rest of our trip. Beds are a little hard, and there aren't many towels, but beyond these minor issues, the place was perfect. Thanks for a great stay!

Great location
We enjoyed our stay. Good Neighborhood, awesome location, beach and pool are amazing, but the house could have been prepared better. Only thing that was surprising is that there is no dishwasher so be ready to hand clean.

Amazing house with great location
We had a great time and the house had everything we needed. The beach is only 2 blocks and located right at a beach access, so the beach is just minutes from the house. This was very convenient for us since we have 2 small kids. The location was perfect - we could walk to mostly anything that we needed otherwise everything was within a mile if we wanted to drive - like grocery store, gas station, playground for our kids and many restaurants. The house was clean and provided everything we needed for kitchen items, a washer/dryer, plenty of beach supplies, a wagon, toys, chairs, etc.. The outdoor pool/spa area was the perfect setup for us - it had comfortable lounge chairs, a nice dining area and plenty of outdoor space to enjoy as a family. We will be recommending this house to others and will hopefully come back next year for our family vacation!

Perfect location!
I chose this place because of the location and the walking distance from the beach. It was the perfect distance and the pool and hot tub was amazing. The owner made this process so easy and painless! Highly recommend!
