Tolle Lage, helles Appartement
Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön und erholsam. Tolle Umgebung, schöne Spazierwege und Strand. Einziger Kritikpunkt: zu wenig Besteck und wir waren nur zu 2 Personen!

Ganz schön, aber für Urlaub mit Hund ungeeignet
Die Wohnung ist für zwei Personen ausreichend. Es könnten etwas mehr Küchenutensilien vorhanden sein und die fehlende Sockelleiste der Küchenzeile ist unschön. Schade ist, dass der Hund nur angeleint in den Garten darf und sich von allen Spielgeräten fern halten muss, wodurch er eigentlich nicht in den Garten kann. Zudem erfährt man erst vor Ort, dass der Hund ebenfalls nicht auf Couch und Bett darf. Diese Dinge hätten wir gerne vorher gewusst, anstatt sie hinterher plötzlich in den Hausregeln zu lesen.

angekommen und gleich wohlgefühlt
was soll ich sagen, am besten verraten wir nicht, wie es uns gefallen hart, damit wir im nächsten jähr gleich wieder kommen können. nein - Spass beiseite. Es war groß genug, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr ordentlich. so wie daheim. wir gehen nun seit 30 Jahren in SPO in die Ferien, wir kennen uns also aus. Hier wollen wir wieder hin. Liebe Grüße an die Besitzer. Große Fans aus Königswinter

Nette Wohnung für 2, mit ein paar Mängeln
Die Wohnung hat für 2 Personen eine schöne Größe, auch wenn etwas mehr Stauraum für Klamotten, den Koffern und auch Lebensmittel wünschenswert wäre. Dafür das die Wohnung nicht unbedingt zum Niedrigpreissegment gehört, wäre es schön, wenn die Sockelleiste an der Küchenzeile angebracht würde. Es ist kein schöner Anblick und ist etwas ecklig, wenn einem etwas runterfällt. Die Küchengeräte sind nämlich sehr hochwertig. Des Weiteren ist die Wohnung sehr hellhörig, Aufgang zur oberen Wohnung und der Abfluss vom Bad verlaufen direkt am Schlafzimmer. Was sehr unangenehm ist, da man alle Geräusche der Mieter im Bad miterlebt. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Sowohl der Ortsteil Bad, wie auch Dorf sind schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Sehr schöner Urlaub
Super netter Kontakt, sehr schönes saubere und tolle Wohnung. Es war alles vorhanden und gepflegt. Super Lage, wenige Minuten bis zum Strand. Uns hat die Hauptstraße gar nicht gestört, da es nachts ja eh ruhiger war. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung,mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter sehr freundlich, Check in problemlos. Lage ist super wenn man nicht direkt im tourigeschehen sein möchte. Wir haben unseren kurzen Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Tolle Wohnung mit kleinen Schwachpunkten
Die Wohnung ist selbst sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet. Die große Terrasse ist nach Süden ausgerichtet und einfach klasse. Kleine Abzüge, die aber schnell geändert werden können: der Staubsauger wurde vom putzpersonal voll und total verdreckt hinterlassen, leider gibt es keinen wischeimer um einmal selbst wischen zu können, Besteck und Tassen müssten einmal nachgekauft werden. War wohl schon einiges zu Bruch gegangen... weiterhin ist der Verkehr der Straße sehr zu hören, allerdings habe ich den nach zwei Tagen als normal empfinden. Ach noch was tolles: es gibt einen großen schwenkgrill draußen! Der große Garten ist übrigens super gepflegt und in einem Top Zustand! Alles in allem kann ich die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen! Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt, wir kommen bestimmt wieder!
