Wichtigster Minuspunkt sind die Betten: dünne bzw. durchgelegene Matratzen und die beschriebene Möglichkeit, die beiden Einzelbetten zusammen stellen zu können erfordert einige Umräumarbeiten und, wenn es denn gelungen ist, einiges akrobatisches Können, denn der Platz um ein- und aussteigen ist extrem knapp. Zweiter Minuspunkt: Die beschriebenen Parkmöglichkeiten auf der Straße sehr knapp (etwa vier für mehrere Häuser / Wohnungen), weitere Parkplätze muss man im weitren Umkreis suchen (Halteverbotszone). Für Leute mit körperlicher Beeinträchtigung beachtenswert: die Treppe ist recht schmal und steil. Die Einrichtung der Wohnung mit vil Holzmöbeln ist nett, aber in die Jahre gekommen.

Wie immer gut, es hätte etwas wärmer sein können und etwas weniger regnen. Die Wohnung war sauber, leider kein WLAN. Bis auf kleine Defekte, die aber gleich behoben wurden alles gut. Sehr ruhig gelegen! Bitte darauf achten, es steht am Haus kein Parkplatz für die OG-Wohnung zur Verfügung. Wenn man Glück hat ,findet man einen Parkplatz an der Straße.

Tolle Ferienwohnung für 2 Personen
Mein Freund und ich waren für einen Kurzurlaub (3 Nächte) in SPO. Die Lage in St. Peter-Dorf ist perfekt, nur 5min vom nächsten Bäcker/Edeka/Pizzeria und 10min vom Bahnhof entfernt. Die Wohnung selbst war sehr sauber und ordentlich; einzig im Bad musste man quasi dauerlüften, da eines der Abflussrohre sonst seinen unangenehmen Geruch im Bad verteilt. Grundlegendes Kochgeschirr und Zubehör war vorhanden, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt; es gab zwar kein WLAN, aber das hat uns für die paar Tage nicht weiter gestört. Wir kommen gern wieder!
