"The property is beautifully decorated and the accommodation is excellent. Each bedroom has an ensuite and there is a very spacious comfortable lounge, well equipped kitchen and a delightful sunroom. There were nice grounds and a lovely pool. It is also a very good location for visiting the coast and exploring the local towns and villages, of which there are many historic and interesting places to go."

The location is fantastic for Tenterden and other nearby spots (eg Chapel Down) and the cottage itself is superbly kitted out to a very high standard. Add to that the excellent hosts and oh so thoughtful little touches, and I’ve no hesitation in thoroughly recommending it to anyone looking for a fantastic self catering away break."

"Host Deb was friendly but this did not compensate for a room and house that smelt stale- a mix of dog and cigarette smoke. Keeping the windows open meant lots of noise from the busy road. Shower tray was blocked. Doesn't offer actual breakfast (as advertised) but was offered some toast. Generally poor experience."
