"We loved our stay at Pentye. The property has been beautifully converted into a very comfortable little house. We knew Lerryn from a previous visit many years ago so were delighted to find accommodation right next to the river. We spent many happy hours watching the tide & the birds and loved our riverside walks. It's a very special place and the village itself is a gem. "Oh my word, this cottage went above and beyond our expectations. We sat looking out of the window most of the time, it was just beautiful. Watching all the birds, foxes, rabbits, as well as cows and sheep in the nearby fields and a distant view of the sea. There was plenty of space, very comfortable, a large bathroom downstairs with a bath and an ensuit with walk in shower. "We had a wonderful stay in this lovely cottage, and it was everything we wanted. It's away from everything, but only a short journey to Perranporth, and the location is ideal for exploring Cornwall. it was a home from home, and Sue was great .. she was there as soon as we arrived to show us around, and just a message away if we needed anything. We would highly recommend a stay here if you like to 'get away from it all's, but also want to explore what's around. We will definitely be back !"

"Carole was wonderful and met us at the door to explain everything. House is lovely and everything is provided. We had a little welcome package too which was very much appreciated. Charlestown is close to lots of lovely places to visit including the Lost gardens of Heligan, the Eden project and St Austells brewery. There are also lots of coffee shops, bars and restaurants close by. Highly recommended."

"Fantastic property, very clean and beautiful decorated. It is well stocked with equipment. It has a secure back garden with decking and grass. Ideal for our dog. There is outdoor seating in the garden and it is private. The property is in good location not to near the Town centre but you can easily walk into the Town. I Highly recommend this property."

"We have just returned from a lovely week away at The Ship Inn. The cottage was wonderful and felt very much like home as soon as we arrived. Lots of space for the 7 off us including 4 children age 11-14. Beds were very comfortable and the cottage was very clean. Crantock Beach is within 10 minutes walk, with great parking, beach / food shop and toilets. Lots of options locally to walk and have a meal/drinks- a perfect location. We look forward to visiting again."

"Great place for a family get together. Plenty of room to spread out. Hot tub and games room were well used. The house is bright, modern and comfortable. Some of the double bedrooms were smaller than expected but fine overall. Beds were very comfortable. It was useful to have extra living space in the annexe. The lounge there became a temporary home office. One downside-the dishwasher was not adequate for the number of people staying at full occupancy. We spent too much time at the kitchen sink....
