"Un-user friendly steps to climb to room. No face welcome. No welcome instructions or how to operate hob and microwave. One tablespoon, one dessert spoon. No pots or pans so why a fancy hob. Shower exit full of past human hair. Broken toilet seat. Dangerous low A-shaped ceiling for banging heads. No recycling instructions. No view. Shower excellent but no instructions. However, we adapted as best we could but unlikely to recommend."

"Property is wonderful and very well located. Light and airy but due to restrictions no hob , only microwave. In summer not a problem as there is a wonderful bbq area with plenty of space. Would highly recommend."

"This is my second trip to this hotel. The staff all remembered me from over a year ago and were the most accommodating. We were overwhelmed by the genuine kindness. Room was amazing and exceptionally clean. The newly refurbished dining room had been done to an excellent standard and the food was fantastic for both breakfast and evening meal."
