Experience St Helena Bay like a local in this 3-bedroom house. Each bedroom features a cozy queen bed, perfect for a good night's sleep. With heating and AC, guests can stay comfortable year-round. The 2 bathrooms offer refreshing showers to start or end your day. Bedding and one bath towel per guest are provided. Hand towels provided in bathrooms.

Scenic ocean view from most parts of the house. Walking distance to various pathways to the beach area. Experience the famous West Coast flowers surrounding the house and area or do some whale or dolphin watching from the comfort of the living room and/or patio.

Relax in your own private enclosed jacuzzi all year round. 4 Bath sheets provided for this purpose.

Enjoy a braai on the patio or inside on cooler days.

Fully equipped kitchen boasts amenities like fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave, kettle (with basic coffee and tea provided), air fryer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Utensils provided for cooking, eating and for the braai. Electric and gas geyser.

Smart TV in living room as well as main bedroom with free Wi-Fi and streaming services already set up for Netflix and Showmax. Also feel free to sign in on your other private steaming platforms like YouTube, Disney +, Prime Video etc.

Safety features - fire extinguisher and basic first aid kit. 24 hour patrolled security for the HOA on which the property is situated.
