"Anne was extremely flexible letting us check in early and checkout late…the late checkout was extremely nice given the time change. House was well stocked and clean. Perfect location…6 blocks from some of the fun spots on South street and walkable to many other places. I would stay here again. "

"Brought my Uncle and cousins to see Liverpool game in Philly and this was a great place to stay overnight. James was always communicating with me before, during, and after our stay. Would recommend stay with host or any other property host has."

"This property has everything we needed. It's in a very quiet neighborhood and walking distance to some good restaurants. Short Uber ride to the stadium and other touristy areas. Hosts are super responsive and friendly. "

"Enjoyed our stay in South Philly at this property. The furnishings and decor in the home are rather grandmotherly but somehow it works (sparkly kitchen countertops and all!). It's a spacious home where my family of four felt comfortable. Property manager responded promptly to concerns. The best part is the location--we were delighted by the proximity to restaurants and cafes on 9th and also on Passyunk, and bus lines a very short distance in all directions take you downtown and to historic sites...

"This is a charming 4 level home in a quiet courtyard within walking distance to many historic sites, shops, bars and restaurants. Beautifully renovated inside, quiet, super clean, comfortable bed. We lucked out with street parking on arrival. We used the narrow lane in the rear to quickly load our car when leaving. Overnight parking at the 10th and South Street lot was convenient. We much preferred staying here vs center city hotel. "
