Are you ready for a vacation? Come stay at our home away from home! If you like to go out to eat there are plenty of restaurants close by! If you are more comfortable eating in these days grocery stores are close by. We have a fully equipped kitchen, with all new appliances to make your stay enjoyable.

Wake up and head to the beach to see the gorgeous sunrise over the ocean just steps from this ground floor unit. St. Augustine has 42 miles of beautiful beaches with soft white sand. The historic downtown area has a great vibe with a variety of restaurants, shopping and entertainment.
If beach life isn’t your thing there are tons of historical sites for you to visit in America’s oldest city. If you want to see amazing views you can even climb to the top of the light house! There is always something for you to do!

This two bedroom two bath condo includes a primary en-suite bedroom with a king size bed and flat screen TV with cable & roku. The second bedroom includes two sets of twin bunkbeds (max allowable weigh per bed is 150lb) and a flat screen TV with roku. Relax and enjoy game time or a movie on the flat screen smart TV and blu ray DVD in the living room.

The complex has two pools (the smaller pool is heated) and five jacuzzis. Have some fun on the tennis court, racquet ball court, pickle ball court, shuffleboard and bocci courts!
There is something for everyone!

Cleaning fee $250 for any bookings 14 days or more.
Parking fee $25 per car - max two cars allowed.

Comfy and well-equipped

This condo was perfect for four of us. Our grinders stayed in the bunk bed room for 3 nights and had no complaints. We loved the master bedroom with en-suite.The building was quiet, we met one of the neighbors (a bonus in our book) and we’d definitely rent here again.

Condo was great. It is the perfect size, everything you could possibly need is provided and it was exceptionally clean. The property manager, Lisa is very friendly and quick to respond when you have a question. We would rent again if ever in the area.

Clean, tasteful condo steps from the beach

We (a couple in our 60s) stayed at the Island Escape for 9 days in February-March 2025. We could not have been more pleased. The property was clean as a whistle, thoughtfully supplied with books, games, and puzzles, and well outfitted for cooking. It is an easy 10-15 minute drive into historic St. Ajgustine, and a 3 minute walk to the beautiful and spacious SA beach. The residents in the community were super friendly and we even went to bingo night at the community center. Communicating with the host was great and she was very responsive. We would rent there again for sure!

Wonderful Vacation

The Condo was just what we were looking for. The location was great, it was very clean, and well equipped with beach apparatuses, washer and dryer and kitchen supplies. Also games, puzzles and movies available. The beds were very comfortable. My grandkids had a blast and want to go back again soon. We almost got the jigsaw puzzle done. Thanks Lisa for such a marvelous long weekend. Would definitely recommend it.

Fun stay in beautiful St. Augustine

First time renting through VRBO and the experience was awesome. The unit was in a great location, clean and very organized. Condo was clean and stocked with everything we needed. Communication with owner was easy and instructions were clear. Beach access was expected, as we have stayed at other properties in the area. This is prime beach area. We didn't use them as we had only had 5 nights, but the pools look lovely.

Quick Getaway with the Grandkids

The location was great, the unit was clean and as described. The kids really enjoyed the beach access. We were in town to see the Christmas light displays in town, but found a lot of other things to do as well. I recommend this property if you have kids (dual bunk beds were a plus), ground floor made access easy. Nice unit.

Much needed get away

This property is absolutely wonderful! The owners have made it cozy and extremely accommodating. Anything you could possibly need is right at your fingertips. My kids couldn't decide if they liked the beach or the pools better. There are so many wonderful restaurants nearby. Definitely recommend!

It was amazing! Exactly like the pictures and Lisa was so responsive! Everything was so nice and loved the resort. It was so kind Lisa left us a bottle of champagne since she knew it was our honeymoon! Really appreciated everything that was there if you forgot anything. Overall, just a great place to stay! Clean, cozy, great location!

My family loved our stay here! Everything was so clean and comfortable. It really felt like home. Kitchen was stocked with everything you need. Loved the bunk beds- perfect for my three children. The location is awesome- so close to everything in St. Augustine and just a short 1 minute walk to the beach from the door. The beach is so beautiful and not crowded. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
