This light-filled, end-unit townhome offers the perfect vacation landing spot, just across the boardwalk from St. Augustine's beautiful ocean beach! Soak in the Florida sunshine on the patio or the balcony (one off each bedroom), cool off in one of the two community pools only steps from the house, and curl up on the couch each evening to catch a movie on the large flatscreen TV. This home also offers an eat-in kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances - perfect for preparing a quick beach snack or a full homemade meal!

Cute and tons of great features.

Firstly, having the garage was clutch rain or shine. From there being near the pool and at the head of the beach access made it an excellent choice for water fun. It’s mid-century to its core with plenty of beach vibe. Plenty of amenities within 5 minutes driving and walking.

Overall the experience from booking to check out was very easy and all information was clear and easy to follow. Definitely will consider booking again as long that I have no 4 legged friend with me. Location is absolutely great. Anything you need is near plus easy access to the beach. The property was clean and organized the only thing I will say is that some part of the house could be updated with room of improvement but over all the house, the customer service and owner were extremely kind and cordial.

Enjoyable vacay spot

The complex is wonderful - we loved the heated outdoor pool and the lawn access, and right next to the beach. Complex neighbours were all so friendly. The unit is clean and spacious. Kitchen could use some superficial updating. Loved the pool toys and beach chairs. We enjoyed our stay!

Family vacation

The property had everything we needed to have an enjoyable and comfortable stay. The ocean was super close and pools easily accessible. Will definitely stay again. We did find a broken chair upon arrival and the trash can was full. We notified the management company and they immediately took care of it. They were very professional. Highly recommend.

Needs updating

Overall this condo is clean, grounds are well maintained, and location is great. However the unit needs some TLC. Bathrooms are in dire need of updating as well as the carpet. It could use a fresh cost of paint as well. Fix these things and it would be a great property!

Checkin/out procedures excellent. Location was excellent. Local, if any, customer service was atrocious. Called on the 1st day to have ants in the kitchen treated and to find a remote for the garage door opener and received NO response whatsoever. Pool was dirty over the weekend but improved Monday.

Location, location, location

Pros: location is walking boardwalk to beach, mini golf next door and great restaurants within walking distance. Parking a plus, plenty of towels, linens and nice having 2 full baths Cons: No internet and owner admitted to knowing issue prior to Saturday arrival on “Friday at 2:20pm” and waited for us to call. Then came to home during stay on Sunday to meet Xfinity (awkward) and asked “don’t you have minutes you can use”. Overall a great stay. It just would have been nice to know there was no internet/cable as advertised as I had to do some work while there and instead had to go to Panera Bread for internet as cell service is very spotty near beach.

Just like the listing!

I'm so impressed and so thankful for our stay. Before I go into detail, I will say: if you're looking for 5 star luxury, you may want to move along because dishes are hodgepodge, the shower grout needs a face-lift, but I'm there for comfort and beachtime. If you're looking for functional with careful thought, read on! Check-in was smooth. It was hard to talk with the hosts because it's a company, but when I did, they were great. It was very clean, although the floors were slightly sour smelling. (I think the bleach needed to be better rinsed.) It was nothing a swiffer didn't fix. Everything I needed was there: washer, dryer, starter soap, starter toilet paper and paper towels, extra blankets, two bathrooms, a great pool, beach chairs, excellent wifi, Roku. The price was very family-friendly too. I'd definitely stay again without hesitation.

Mediocre at Best

Not worth the money. The place is run down and needs TLC. The ants. So many ants in the kitchen. I had to solve this problem myself by purchasing ant treatment. Mgmt sent a guy and the only thing he did was spray in the garage. The master bed had NO mattress pad on it. I had to buy one as mgmt didn’t seem to care although they claimed it was “unacceptable.” The dishwasher does not work so had to wash my own dishes. Place was not freshly cleaned before I got there. Don’t waste your money. This place needs work.

Hello, I am writing this feedback hoping that you will make the necessary improvement for your next guests. The concept of the efficiency is cute and the location is very convenient but I am afraid that's about it, our stay was somewhat uncomfortable, from the very first day we were welcomed with a awful garbage stench coming from the garage, we were forced to cope with the heat because of no air conditioning (calling management was also useless), the garbage disposal sounds like a freight train, the range vent from the microwave was scary to used, the big TV was flicking constantly making entertainment unpleasant. This efficiency is poorly maintained stuck in the past, the handrail is not wobbling, the toilet upstairs is very small probably made for a child, the carpet is stained and old, the shades from the lights stands are not steady and the ceiling fan noisy and ineffected. I think that you should reward us with some credit in our VRBO account to make it right. For what you have charged us it was not worth it. I am very sorry!

Great location!

This unit had a great location with a four minute walk to the beach, lots of windows, and a garage which was very helpful. It was also very clean.
