"My husband was unwell and staff changed our accommodation for us as he couldn't manage stairs. Staff were unbelievably kind and patient with my husband who was experiencing difficulties. Every member of staff made sure we were comfortable. Our beautiful young receptionist Molly was smiling, efficient and reassuring. The Manager Gareth patient and extremely accommodating. We couldn't believe the kindness we met, truly so unexpected but so welcome at a time when we needed support. Patricia & Kevin Thornton. "

"Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here this weekend. Arrangements were easy, with clear communication and arrival instructions. The house is a real gem, is very comfortable and had everything we needed and more for ourselves, kids and dog. It was so peaceful and relaxing with a lovely view and we had plenty to do at the house and in the area. We'd love to stay longer the next time we have a chance to visit the area. "

"This is a lovely peaceful place to stay, we had the pontoon and enjoyed being out on the river. Kids enjoyed the pool table in particular. David is very helpful and is around if you need him.Also you can boat up the river about 40 mins to get lunch on dry land at the Anchor at Spencer where they will kindly help you bring the boat in and out. A very convenient place just an hour from Sydney for a relaxing getaway."
