"Unique is a great description, and this is exactly what we were looking for. First, the Old Stagecoach Inn building itself has plenty of character, starting with the front sitting area that encourages visitors to talk / read / work on a puzzle with a cup of tea / coffee / lemonade. The character extends to the rooms, which each have a different style, and we followed the description to specifically chose one with a "more romantic, historic feel". "Although the weather did not really cooperate (rained for the first 2 days), we still found the home cozy, peaceful and and the area serene. A beautiful location right on the lake. We go once a year with our four wheelers to northern Vermont and this was a great riding area. Lots of trails with stops along the way (Parker Pies, Bakersfield, Morgan Store). Jim and his wife were there when we arrived. Very nice people. Would recommend to hikers, ATV'ers, and just folks who want to get away. PS....
