"Pictures are deceiving and wasn’t clean upon arrival. There were a number of issues during the stay but the location was nice."

"We came to Suffolk to do some family tree research and Orford was a great place to stay. Although there wasn't dedicated parking, there was always plenty of space in the market square. The village itself is a lovely place to stay, with plenty of places to walk and explore. The cottage was clean and comfortable, and well equipped. "

"This Farmhouse has an abundance of outdoor space and a small games room adjacent to the property. There is a long breakfast table, which easily accommodated 5 adults and 3 children and close by a tv, games & books for entertainment. Two separate lounges downstairs one has a tv (with Netflix) and the other lounge is for reading. There is a modern outdoor table and chairs perfect for having an evening meal. "This is a very quite and well kept location. It took a day or so to figure out the heating system but after that it was great. The place was clean and there was lots of hot water for showers. "

"Lovely house in a lovely location but we had a few issues. The property details said there was a barbecue which had planned to use. There was no barbecue! Instead we had to use the ovens in the kitchen. Both ovens were very dirty one of them filled the kitchen with acrid smoke as soon as we turned it on . It was such a shame because the standards of cleanliness elsewhere in the property were very high. With a barbecue and a clean oven this would have been a pretty much perfect house."

"Stunning property in a beautifull location, only a stones throw from Bury St Edmunds, quiet and tranquil with all the amenities you need for a peaceful stay. Owner was on hand if required, loved the little touches of local bread, milk and orange juice, fab stay."

"Beautiful hotel, very peaceful and the rooms are done out to a high standard. They do not look tired or well worn it really is a lovely hotel. The staff were really polite and attentive. I really can’t fault the fit and finishing of the whole building and rooms. There was no noise from adjacent rooms which you sometimes get with other hotels. The grounds surrounding the hotel are beautifully kept and there is no road or traffic noise. Really is a great stay and location. Comfy beds slept really really well, and nice to have a fridge and safe as standard. "
