With it's exposed "brick" walls and iron pipe construction mixed with warm wood accents, this property has a rustic factory feel with all of the comforts of home. Space for up to 6 people featuring two bedrooms. The living room and both bedrooms have smart HDTVs with free WIFI available throughout the property and keyless entry for easy entry and exit. 10 minutes from I-49 and 1/2 mile from Hwy. 71 B. Also only 15 minutes from Hickory Creek Boat Ramp/Camping on Beaver Lake. We recommend this property for four adults or up to six, if traveling with children.
Traveling with a group? The other side of this townhome is also available. It's called, "Boho Beauty" and features a KING and Queen size bed.

Great place / Better owner
The place overall was great has all the comforts and amenities you could ask for… we were going to stay 4 nights but our trip was cut short because of tornadoes that damaged the softball fields our daughter was playing at… the owner was understanding and offered us a partial refund… he didn’t have to do that but did it anyways super thankful and would 100% recommend this place to anyone!

As a country farmhouse, cozy decor lover, I was a bit hesitant to book this 'industrial age' themed home--seemingly the antithesis of my usual comfort zone. But it was located near our family and planned activities and so reasonably priced, I decided to book. What a good choice! This was the perfect location for our stay with events at the Jones center. The decor, furniture and amenities provided are top notch. Communication from Sean was great. I would highly recommend for a visit to NW Arkansas.

Volleyball trip
The property was very nice. Perfect for our family. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The industrial theme was really well. The toys in the kids room were much appreciated by our two-year-old grandson. If we return to the Springdale area, we will stay again.

Cool industrial decor design.
Nice industrial look, makes you feel like you’re in a downtown loft. Efficient use of space and layout. Property manager was great at communication and quick response. I would rent the duplex again. 👍

Great Stay!
We really enjoyed our time in Springdale. This rental was exactly as described. Everything was extremely clean, which is very important to me! The decor was cool, and the furnishings comfortable and newer. Plenty of everything you would need for a short stay! Great communication with the host. We would definitely return in the future!

This home was perfect for our long weekend at Hogeye Pickleball tournament. Just 10 minutes from Springdale Recreation Center. House is nice decorated; set up for a perfect stay.

Great Home
This house was more than expected. Everything was perfect, it had all the accommodations of a home plus more. The Kitchen is amazing and has anything you could possibly need. The beds were nice and comfortable with lots of pillows:). I would highly recommend this place.

Beautiful Townhome
We enjoyed our stay! The property was clean, well stocked, and comfortable. My brother’s family came for daytime visits. We all appreciated the decor and aesthetic. The children had plenty to entertain them with available books, toys, and TV! We had a wonderful time!
