The accommodation consists of a one-room apartment and is located on the mezzanine floor (4 steps high). It is quietly located on the edge of a field. It is 50 km to the beautiful city of Perugia, Umbria's capital, where a renowned jazz festival is held in early July.

Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2024; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 10.00 per person, or bring their own. Een echt natuurhuisje
Prachtig gelegen in het buitengebied van het mooie Spoleto. Rust en ruimte. Vrij uitzicht vanuit het gras naast de voordeur. Binnen ruimte genoeg. Verbeterpuntje: het installeren wifi, geen bereik en alleen wifi in de hoek van de tuin naar de buren. Ontdekking: behalve het meer bekende stadje Trevi ook het pittoreske Vallo di Nera ontdekt.
