Come enjoy this modern, open layout family house and all it has to offer. This home is conveniently located 7 minutes from Downtown Spokane and short walking distance to multiple Garland District restaurants, coffee shops, breweries, movie theater and more. 7 minutes to The Podium! There is also a beautifully updated kitchen with new appliances and cooking utensils, if you prefer to do some in house cooking. Take full advantage of the back yard or nearby park, too! Free on-site parking.

There are 2 main floor bedrooms, 1 upstairs bedroom, and a full bathroom on each floor. 55 inch Smart TV included. Washer/dryer on site. Family Friendly - Pack n' Play, Booster Seat, Baby Gate, Board Games, and more!

Guests will have sole access to the entire house, and a backyard area.

Great property in improving neighborhood
Stayed here with family for a wedding in the Spokane area. This neighborhood used to be a little rough and not an area I would have normally stayed in. The house got really good reviews and after doing some research about the neighborhood and restaurants/shops in the Garland District, I decided to give it a shot. The house is newly renovated and fit our group of 7 easily (could fit 10 adults with no problem). The alley parking was a huge plus for us. If we need to stay in Spokane again I would definitely look to stay here again!

Everything was great!
We (a group of 11) came to Spokane for my younger brother’s wedding. We have many other family members that live in Spokane and this place really did help provide a welcoming environment for all. The beds were comfortable, the home was clean and the host was very responsive. We enjoyed the bbq grill and sitting area in the back. We would definitely stay here again!

Great house for a group
We went to Spokane for a bike ride and this house was a great place to stay. It was very clean, beds we’re comfortable and it was walking distance to restaurants. We won’t do that bike ride again but I would definitely stay in this house again!!
