"We stayed in the two bedroom family room. The room was amazing with stunning views and balconies on both sides of the room. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The beds very extremely comfortable, air conditioning was great, everything seemed new or in excellent condition. "

"AVOID AT ALL COSTS! My stay was a disgusting, unsafe, mismanaged hovel. Bathroom COMPLETELY UNUSABLE until DAY 2, requiring multiple disruptive plumber visits! I paid for a functioning property, not to oversee your belated, incompetent repairs. This "living" space was a catalogue of horrors: * COCKROACH INFESTATION: Personally dispatched NINE. Simply disgusting. * BROKEN & DANGEROUS: Beyond the non-functional bathroom (broken tap AND shower, videos sent), the toilet seat was broken & dangerously mobile. A bathroom light was out. Bedside plug dead. * FILTH & NEGLECT: Plastic bags taped to windows as "blinds." A one-inch gap around kitchen sink. Revolting bins, NO LINERS. A mop was just left in the bathroom. Promised covers for stained furniture NEVER CAME. Despite immediate, repeated complaints with damning photo/video evidence, "Stella" & "Angeliki" from Phaedrus Living were arrogant. Their excuse for this nightmare? A "nonrefundable rate" & third-party booking. Claimed it was "prepared" & repairs "swift." Absolute LIES. After I demanded a full refund (threatened Expedia escalation with evidence, which I did), their insulting "goodwill" was a pathetic €100 voucher for a future stay. A disgusting, stressful, unacceptable experience. Review & videos warn: appalling standards, total failure to fix. Steer clear!"

"We arrived early and was greeted by a very friendly man who let us have access to the room despite 2 hrs early Room was very clean , large bed and nice balcony - every day the room was cleaned and fresh towells ! Swimming pool is fresh water and they take real pride in this , excellent pool area too ! Walk up the hill , kiosk and 2 restaurants , both excellent too Breakfast was brilliant selection and fresh , overall I would highly recommend this hotel as real value for money , great staff , thanks so much we will be back ! "The property is 8 rooms around a charming garden. However, the property is NOT in Limassol. It is in a suburb. Hotels sorts them in the city but when you book and see the address, it is not. They denied this, but their welcome notes had bus directions to Limassol so they know they are not in the city. I also asked for two beds as I am traveling with a person I don't usually sleep with. The owners claim that the web site did not pass that information to them. However, their comment that "all the rooms with sofa beds were occupied" makes it clear that they don't have two-bed rooms. "

"Even we stayed in small room the kitchenette had everything we needed for night drinks and morning breakfast. Staff very friendly and helpful Room was nicely decorated and had smart TV Parking near by Nice breakfast hamper and coffee/milk We'll be coming back :)"
