"Nice place that needs to improve on the basics.No toilet paper.No wifi code or password provided No tv remote provided No key code at the time we arrived There was a hypodermic needle laying on top of one of the cabinets (we found it when searching for tv remote)No coffee makerOwner didn't respond when i texted her at 8:30 pm to request the wifi code"

"Five sisters/sister-in-laws spent a week at Brian’s house. Brian is an excellent host and was very responsive to our needs. The house is big, private, and beautifully decorated. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are planning to return next year! Highly recommend!"

"The decor, and the room set up were great! We had four friends coming to IU for a Mom's Weekend, and it allowed us enough space and amenities to add to our comfort. The keyless entry allowed us plenty of flexibility so that we could come and go as needed. An excellent place to stay!"

"Very nice, clean and well-maintained property and lodging. Super close to Cataract Falls park. You can see the historic covered bridge and hear the falls from the rental space. Will definitely be back when we are in town visiting family."

"The house was very welcoming, plenty of space and a great location for anyone visiting DePauw. Highly recommend this property for anyone traveling with a family. Host was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. "
