The villa is surrounded by a completely fenced garden of 5000 square meters, shared with the owners. Equipped with parking and all modern comforts: kitchen equipped with oven and hob, microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine, free wi-fi and satellite TV.

The house (350 square meters) has a covered parking for 2 cars and all essential comforts. It is located at 300 meters s. L.M. in the Municipality of Spello a few kilometers from Assisi and the major tourist destinations of Umbria. Ideal for nature lovers, it is at the foot of the Subasio park.

Guests have access to the house from a private entrance. They will enjoy the garden and ample spaces inside. The sleeping area is on the upper floor where there are three bedrooms and three bathrooms (with bath and shower), one of which is inside the room.
