"We have just had the best 10 days at Villa Tiziana. Two families with 3 teenagers. Beautiful rustic villa, incredible pool and outside space. Everything you need and supermarket just 5 minutes walk away. Communication with Rocco was excellent, he also came with his lovely family one evening to cook a meal for us, authentic Puglia dishes. There is a small town nearby, Santa Maria de Leuca with plenty of restaurants. 15 min drive is Pesculouse with the most beautiful beaches and crystal clear sea....

"The house is very comfortable and has everything you need for your stay, with several shops and supermarkets close by to stock up on groceries etc. Location wise, it’s perfectly situated to visit all the towns and beaches that the area has to offer. Renting a car is a must to explore the area. Emiliano (the host) and his son were fantastic in giving advice of places to visit and see and made our stay very comfortable. Any questions we had they were happy to answer. We can’t wait to come back...

"We were a party of 13 comprising 3 separate families. Beautiful villa in fabulous location in centre of town which was a hidden gem with numerous excellent restaurants and a huge market on Wednesday mornings. Great base for exploring the area and lots of different spots to sit and hang out including a delightful terrace. Maria was extremely helpful booking restaurants, organising a chef for one evening and recommendations of where to visit. We were very sorry to leave. Our American friend even...

"The property is not walking distance to Castro as described. This should be removed from the description as you need a car to to anywhere. It has lovely views but for the price lacks the higher end facilities that we would expect e.g. the kitchen had many appliances but most were old and could do with replacing. There was ample linen though the towels were not very hard. Outside the small pool had only 2 sun beds both of which had seen better days. For a 4 bed villa 2 beds were not sufficient...

"La proprietà è incantevole, molto silenziosa e in posizione dominante che consente di godere di un bel panorama e di albe e tramonti. Gli spazi esterni, il giardino e la piscina sono straordinari e molto ben attrezzati. Abbiamo gustato i fichi zuccherini di uno dei diversi alberi presenti nel giardino. Nel periodo di nostra permanenza, la bella piscina è stata fondamentale a causa del mare sempre piuttosto mosso. Altro plus sono i tre bagni, uno per camera, la loro presenza fa la differenza....

Toutefois les matelas à ressorts sont très inconfortables, la piscine est commune à plusieurs locations (plus ou moins indiqué dans le texte de l’annonce mais nous avions coché "piscine privée"...), la terrasse de la maison étant à 3-4 mètres de la piscine nous avions des inconnus juste sous le nez (et avec des enfants, hors période scolaire..) dommage !"

"We had the most wonderful time here. We were greeted by the hosts, who were both very welcoming and showed us around in great detail. Everywhere was clean and tidy and the pool was cleaned daily. We really felt at home, we took great pleasure in using the BBQ in the evenings and enjoyed the warm evenings. Definitely going to be visiting again. Von den verschiedenen Terrassen hat man einen traumhaften Meerblick und sowohl das Haus als auch die Außenanlagen sind sehr sauber und top gepflegt. Der Pool wird regelmäßig sehr gründlich gereinigt und gewartet. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und stets hilfsbereit mit vielen Tipps und Anregungen für Ausflüge und Unternehmungen. "We loved our stay. The restaurant across the street has amazing coffee, then a walk to the water was the best start to the day. Cliff jumping outside your door. Since we stayed with family and friends it was very nice to have three suites and not just be one big house. It was amazing. Would highly recommend. The only thing that was a shock was that the electricity and water was not included in the price."
