"No reception and was left in the cold for over 40 minutes to check in ! no heat in room , was not given any wifi in formation for the room , the next day got the password but in the room it was no signal . The shower arrangement is bad , no extractor fan in the room for the shower. Overall very disappointing , breakfast was ok. "

"Sehr nette Gastgeberin die wirklich alles für ihre Gäste tut. Schöne und erholsame Zeit im gemütlichen Zimmer mit Fernseher, Internetzugang, Wellnessdusche, und WC. Frühstück sehr abwechslungsreich und reichlich, jeden Tag eine neue Überraschung. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. "We arrived but there was no reservation. After showing my email confirmation we were offered to stay in a furnished apartment nearby for same price. Unfortunately it smelled really rotten and we noticed mold on the wall. "

"I wish we had booked in an area that was closer to the larger tourist sights. This was a bit off the beaten track. Rooms we clean but a member of our party had problems climbing the stairs and couldn't manage to get into the showers at all. The shower was a foot above the bathroom floor. Very nice staff and breakfast was good. Clean basic accommodations. Wifi was excellent."

"I liked how they gave the hotel room names, not just room numbers. I wish my room looked the same as the room pictured in the ads. mine looked "older". my room was very clean and I liked having the kitchenette.
